DESCRIPTION:Our heart at The Mom Village is to create a welcoming space where moms can be refreshed\, encouraged and truly seen. It’s a place to build genuine relationships that grow into a strong\, supportive village. Together\, we grow spiritually and gain practical tools for Jesus-centered parenting—because motherhood is not meant to be walked alone. \nWhat will it look like?: Twice a month\, we will gather together for a coordinated brunch. We will hear testimonies\, dig into God’s word together\, talk about the highs and lows of life\, hear from knowledgeable speakers regarding diverse topics to help equip us with practical tools in our journey of motherhood. We will be grouped into tables with a table leader who will facilitate the conversation. We will have a monthly event\, whether it is hosted by The Mom Village\, your table or Valley Church’s Women’s Ministry. \nWho is this for?: Moms of any age and stage in the Des Moines metro! New\, single\, empty nesters\, foster and adoptive\, blended families\, retired\, stay at home\, working… If you’re a mom\, we want you here. \n\nChildcare Cost: $80/year\nFor those who are attending with no childcare needs\, it is free!\nChildcare Capacity: 50 kids (under 7yrs old)\n\nRegister HERE! \n****WAITLIST*****\nWe have reached capacity for The Mom Village at this time.
