2 Samuel: Awaiting Jesus – Faithful Priest, True Prophet and Perfect King (9 weeks)
The unfiltered account of King David’s reign in 2 Samuel reveals the pervasive problem of sin, even in the life of a man described as being “after God’s own heart.” Despite David’s shortcomings as king, God uses him for his glory while simultaneously demonstrating that David alone is insufficient to rescue Israel. This narrative emphasizes that God is the sole hero of Israel’s story and highlights the ultimate need for the one true King—Jesus.

Get-Togethers
Our get-togethers are intentional gatherings designed to foster community, spiritual growth, and encouragement among women. We want to provide a safe space for women of all ages and backgrounds to connect, share their stories, and support each other in their faith journeys.
Foundations Series
Workshops for women to be grounded in the basics of Christian Story, (the story of the Bible), Christian Belief (our statement of faith which outlines the core doctrines of Christianity), and Christian Formation (practices and habits that form us to grow in Christ-likeness).

Being a Christian in the workplace can be challenging. How can you integrate your faith and your work? Should they stay separate? Can they stay separate? How can you glorify God in your work? This is a space where believers and seekers learn from each other with practical application to the workplace, and encourage one another in our mutual pursuit of true success in both this life and the next.

Legacy Builders
God has a ministry and a purpose for everyone, no matter their stage of life. Valley Church provides events and activities for empty nesters, grandparents, and for those 60+ that encourage Christ-centered community and fellowship.
Mentoring
Valley Mentoring (Men’s and Women’s) is expanding and we need your help! We are looking for a limited number of mentors and mentees to help us prepare for a full launch in January. We would like to talk to:
- Mentoring pairs currently meeting regularly.
- Interested mentors, with or without previous experience.
- Mentees who desire to learn from one who has “been there.”
If you are currently part of any of those groups—or would like to be part of one—contact our mentoring team. If you already know you want to be a mentor and or a mentee, please contact our team as well.

Pray with Others at the Cross
Sunday morning worship services in the auditorium
Pray in person with individuals who come to the cross at the conclusion of Sunday morning worship services in the auditorium.
Join the Touchpoint Prayer Team
Individually or as part of a group, join this team to encourage women through prayer.
Valley Women’s Ministry desires to pray for every woman at Valley Church. You will be provided with pre-printed, stamped postcards to drop in the mail after you have prayed.
