Director of Finance & Human Resources

We are seeking a Director of Finance & Human Resources to steward Valley Church’s financial resources and oversee HR operations in alignment with our mission. This role involves managing accounting responsibilities, preparing financial reports, creating budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while leading and supporting the finance team. The director will also oversee employee recruitment, retention, and engagement, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of financial expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to support staff and church operations effectively.
